Chris Brown's lofty new pad comes with a pool, beautiful view, and a no-nonsense neighbor.
According to TMZ, the singer recently checked out a home in the San Fernando Valley with amenities like an ice cream bar, tennis court, dance studio, clubhouse, and a garage that's big enough to hold up to 75 cars.
One of the singer's new neighbors cared about his home more than the celebrity coming to the neighborhood.
"It can be the devil. I can care less," the unidentified man said. "I don't care if they're having orgies. It can even be Saddam Hussein for all I care, as long as he doesn't trespass onto my property. If he does, I shoot him."
Since Chris is renting the apartment, he won't be in the neighbor's hair for too long.
